We ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times:
- EU: 3–7 business days
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. To start a return, email us at contact@monoalex.eu with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
